Job Requirements
- Candidates must hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations is mandatory.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales will be considered an advantage; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in both Bangla & English.

Key Responsibilities
- Undergo structured training and gain comprehensive knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and overall business operations.
- Work closely with experienced professionals and management to develop strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
- Take responsibility for assigned sales territories, market development activities, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key customers.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and gradually lead teams based on performance.
