English Teacher – Primary/Middle Section
• Target Grades: Primary & Middle Section (Grades 1 to 6)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a relevant field
• Language Skill: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Preferred Background: Candidates with an English Medium educational background and prior teaching experience in an English Medium school receive high preference
• Certifications: Phonics training/certification is highly preferred
• Other Skills: Good classroom management, communication skills, and a passion for working with primary-level students
• Salary & Benefits: BDT 20,000 – 40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct English lessons for assigned grades (Grades 1 to 6).
- Teach phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, comprehension, and literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, class activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Maintain effective classroom management and foster a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues when required.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and other academic responsibilities.
