Requirements & Qualifications
• Educational Qualification: S.S.C or equivalent degree required (Educational qualification may be relaxed for deserving & experienced candidates).
• Experience: At least 10 years of practical experience in footwear product development from reputed export-oriented shoe factories.
• Business Area Experience: Leather goods, Footwear, or Tannery industries.
• Age Limit: At least 32 years.
• Preferred Applicants: Candidates from Bangladesh as well as Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, China, Taiwan & Vietnam.

• Expertise in quality control, shoe technology, and footwear manufacturing.
• Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
• Good communication, report writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Run the Product Development Department independently in a 100% export-oriented shoe manufacturing factory.
• Manage end-to-end tasks from scratch to finished product.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of pattern designing, sample making, and shoe technology.
• Develop new samples according to buyer requirements.
• Oversee material consumption, dies control, and production planning/reporting.
• Monitor men, machines, and materials for optimum productivity.
• Implement modern techniques and lead safety, quality, and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
• Manage end-to-end tasks from scratch to finished product.
