Requirements & Key Skills
• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary / Bachelor or Honors.
• Experience: At least 1 year (experience in Online Retail Startup or Wholesale).
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
• Language Skill: Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Technical & Video Skills: Strong computer and internet proficiency, ability to produce short videos using mobile/computer, and confidence appearing on camera.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in social media marketing, video content creation, online sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Additional Preference: Knowledge of website management, web media, SEO, or digital marketing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and publish engaging short-form video content in English across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Promote products to international audiences via digital channels.
• Research and identify prospective international customers online.
• Communicate fluently in English, respond promptly to inquiries, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Submit daily performance reports and meet assigned sales targets.

Salary & Compensation Benefits
• Salary: Tk. 17,000 / month + attractive sales commission.
