Eligibility & Application Fee
• Nationality: Genuine Bangladeshi citizens.
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years as of 17 September 2026 (Affidavits regarding age will not be accepted).
• Application Form: Download form from nmi.gov.bd.
• Application Fee: Tk. 200/-
• Payment Method: Deposited via A-Challan code 1-5205-0001-2681 (Other Receipts Code: 1422329) in favor of Principal, National Maritime Institute, Chattogram at any bank. Attached the main original copy of A-Challan with application. Postal orders, bank drafts, or pay orders are strictly prohibited.
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years as of 17 September 2026 (Affidavits regarding age will not be accepted).
• Application Form: Download form from nmi.gov.bd.
• Application Fee: Tk. 200/-
• Payment Method: Deposited via A-Challan code 1-5205-0001-2681 (Other Receipts Code: 1422329) in favor of Principal, National Maritime Institute, Chattogram at any bank. Attached the main original copy of A-Challan with application. Postal orders, bank drafts, or pay orders are strictly prohibited.
Required Documents (Attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer)
• Character certificate issued by a 1st Class Gazetted Officer.
• Photostat copies of all educational qualification certificates.
• Citizenship certificate photostat copy issued by Union Parishad / Paurashava Chairman / City Corporation Ward Councillor.
• Photostat copy of National ID (NID) card.
• 2 recent passport-size color photographs.
• Attested copies of experience certificate (if applicable) and quota proof certificates (e.g., Freedom Fighter, Ethnic Minority, Disabled, etc., if applicable).
• Photostat copies of all educational qualification certificates.
• Citizenship certificate photostat copy issued by Union Parishad / Paurashava Chairman / City Corporation Ward Councillor.
• Photostat copy of National ID (NID) card.

How to Apply
Fill out the downloaded application form and send it by registered post on or before 18 October 2026 to:

• Envelope Instruction: Clearly write the position name on top of the envelope.
• Return Envelope: Enclose a self-addressed envelope of size 9.5" × 4.5" with a Tk. 20/- unused postage stamp affixed to receive the interview call card.
