Academic Qualifications & Certifications
• Degree Requirement: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Educational Background: O Levels and A Levels background preferred.
• Professional Certification: B.Ed / M.Ed or equivalent national/international certification.
• Child Psychology & Leadership: National or international certification on child psychology and leadership.
• Specialized Knowledge: Trainer-level knowledge in phonics.
• Language Proficiency: Strong background in the foundation level of Bangla language.
Experience Requirements
• General Teaching Experience: 5 to 10 years of working experience in an English medium school.
• Leadership Experience: 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in an English medium school.
