Requirements & Qualifications
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, or Supply Chain. MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 8 to 10+ years in organized retail/superstore operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-store/cluster operations.
• Age Limit: 35 to 40 years.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience in superstores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, or FMCG retail chains.

• Proficiency in Category Management, Supply Chain, and ERP/POS systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
• Strong alignment with SOP Compliance, Audit, Loss Prevention, and Team Leadership.
• Mastery in Inventory & Shrinkage Control, Cold Chain & Perishables.
• Proficiency in Category Management, Supply Chain, and ERP/POS systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
• Strong alignment with SOP Compliance, Audit, Loss Prevention, and Team Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Retail & Sales Management: Drive multi-outlet store operations, sales growth, revenue optimization, gross-margin improvement, and commercial performance.
• Financial & P&L Leadership: Oversee store/cluster P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, EBITDA contribution, and profitability.
• Inventory & Perishables: Manage inventory planning, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO practices, cold-chain operations, and wastage reduction.
• Supply Chain & Merchandising: Coordinate retail supply-chain logistics, demand forecasting, supplier negotiations, and category assortment planning.
• SOP, Audit & Loss Prevention: Implement standardized SOPs, enforce food safety/security protocols, manage internal controls, and execute loss prevention measures.
• Expansion & KPI Monitoring: Track key retail KPIs, lead new-store openings, drive business transformation, and manage retail technology/POS platforms.
