Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (Minimum CGPA 2.75 in each attempted certified examination).
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in relevant fields, preferably in a university or professional setting.
• Age Limit: At least 28 years.
• Technical Skills:

• Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Graphic Design Software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Visual & Motion Software skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of MS Office, along with efficient Bangla and English typing and multimedia operation capabilities.
• Additional Skills: Strong content writing capability for social media/marketing materials, hands-on experience managing social media platforms, strong visual composition sense, typography, branding, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Visual & Motion Software skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of MS Office, along with efficient Bangla and English typing and multimedia operation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative designs for print and digital media (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, email campaigns).
• Create engaging visual content, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with departments to design internal reports, newsletters, magazines, publications, and official documents.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors for timely delivery.
• Assist in social media content/copy creation and platform management.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by university management.
