Qualifications & Requirements
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, EEE, ETE, CSE, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Academic Requirement: Must have studied Mathematics and Physics in HSC or GCE A-Level.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Preferences: Candidates with aviation training or an internship in Flight Operations, OCC, Ground Operations, or Flight Dispatch will get preference.

Core Responsibilities
• Flight Planning & Dispatch Support: Assist in preparing daily flight plans, fuel planning, route analysis, payload calculations, and reviewing dispatch packages under supervision.
• Weather & NOTAM Monitoring: Track METAR, TAF, SIGMET, and NOTAMs to identify operational restrictions or weather disruptions and escalate issues promptly.
• Flight Monitoring & Coordination: Track aircraft progress, delays, and diversions using flight-following systems; coordinate with Pilots, OCC, Maintenance, and Ground Operations.
• Documentation & Shift Operations: Maintain accurate dispatch records, adhere to safety regulations, and work on a 24/7 roster covering day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
