Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Operational Skill: Candidates must be capable of riding a motorcycle/bicycle for field-level microcredit operations.
• Important Condition: Only currently employed candidates are eligible to apply (unemployed individuals are requested not to apply).

Compensation & Benefits
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Consolidated Salary During Probation: Tk. 22,000/- per month.
• Salary Upon Regularization: Tk. 25,000/- per month.
• City Allowance: Additional Tk. 2,000/- per month for Dhaka and Chattogram divisions.
• Other Allowances & Facilities: Mobile allowance, motorcycle bill, performance allowance, provident fund, gratuity, 2 festival bonuses, Baishakhi allowance, and medical benefits as per organization policy.
• Consolidated Salary During Probation: Tk. 22,000/- per month.
• Salary Upon Regularization: Tk. 25,000/- per month.

Option 2: Direct Walk-In Exam (Bogura Center - 2 October 2026)
Candidates who wish to take the exam directly in Bogura can appear with their written application, resume, original educational certificates, and required documents on 2 October 2026 at 9:00 AM at:
Uttara Training Institute, Bhai Pagla Mazar Lane, Dakshin Malatinagar, Bogura-5800.
(Note: Candidates attending the walk-in exam do not need to send an application via post).
