Requirements & Qualifications
• Educational Qualification: Master's degree.
• Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of labor laws and RMG industry practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and attendance management systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work Environment: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a factory environment (Night Shift).

• Monitor worker and staff attendance for night-shift operations.
• Maintain discipline and ensure overall compliance with company rules.
• Conduct regular factory floor visits during the shift to monitor worker behavior, discipline, and attendance.
• Prepare required HR reports for management.
