Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Studies.
- Age Limit: At most 35 years.
- Experience: Experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Mobility: Willingness to work in any district across Bangladesh.
- Computer Proficiency: Mandatory requirement for daily savings & loan installment data posting, AIS, and software management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain loan operations registers including cash book, ledger, vouchers, insurance files, disbursement & collection registers, passbooks, checkbook issue register, leave register, and fixed asset register.
- Verify repaid loans by cross-matching passbooks with collection sheets and loan ledgers.
- Receive funds collected by Credit Supervisors and deposit them promptly into bank accounts.
- Withdraw funds for loan disbursements, distribute to members alongside designated personnel, and update ledger records.
- Reconcile daily collection registers prior to MIS report generation and day-end closure.
- Manage financial transactions and coordinate with operational bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly income-expense, receipt-payment, and balance status reports for head office submission.
- Prepare annual branch budget, manage operational expenses, and submit monthly financial reports to higher management.
- Assist the Branch Manager (BM) in overall program implementation and accounting operations.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with updated financial data.
- Keep cash books and ledgers updated for all accounting channels.
- Arrange disbursements for staff monthly salaries and allowances.
- Remain accountable to the Branch Manager and comply with directives from higher authorities.

- Probation Basic Salary: Tk. 17,000 per month.
- Probation Total Salary: Tk. 19,100 per month (including allowances).
- After Probation: Fixed pay structure upon completing 6 months probation.
- Other Benefits: As per BACE organizational policy.
