Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Honors / Master's Degree (স্নাতক / স্নাতকোত্তর) in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience as an Area Manager in a Microfinance Institution (MFI / NGO).
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
- Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in generating microfinance loan reports, operating microfinance management software, and general computer skills (MS Office).
- Operational Competencies: Demonstrated capability in branch monitoring, staff supervision, target setting, budget preparation, and service quality control.
- Driving License: Must be skilled in riding a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall operational management and supervision of assigned microfinance branches in Chattogram and Jashore regions.
- Direct staff management, operational planning, target allocation, and budget execution across branch networks.
- Monitor loan disbursement, savings collection, field activities, and overall portfolio quality.
- Operate microfinance software, verify report documentation, and ensure timely submission to head office.
- Ensure strict adherence to MRA guidelines, organizational policies, and service quality standards.
- Conduct regular branch inspections, field visits, and audit checks to prevent operational irregularities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Probation Period Salary: BDT 45,000/- consolidated per month (6 months duration).
- Regularization: Regular pay scale as per organization policy upon successful completion of probation.
- Benefits Provided Upon Joining: Mobile allowance, lunch allowance, and motorcycle fuel allowance.
- Benefits Post-Regularization: Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, 2 Festival Bonuses (equal to basic salary), and Baishakhi Allowance.
