Vacancies & Position Details

1. Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage / সহকারী ব্যবস্থাপক - ফুড এন্ড বেভারেজ

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Food Management.
  • Key Responsibilities: Managing daily operations of the training center; organizing and assisting with meetings; conducting meal service; enhancing service quality and ensuring standard food security.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.

2. First Service Assistant / ফার্স্ট সার্ভিস এসিস্ট্যান্ট

  • Educational Qualification: SSC / Dakhil or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Key Responsibilities: Maintaining proper service in the institution; keeping dining rooms clean; cleaning plates and glasses after meals; guiding guests during meals.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

3. Public Area Assistant Cleaner / পাবলিক এরিয়া এসিস্ট্যান্ট ক্লিনার

  • Educational Qualification: Must pass Class 8 (৮ম শ্রেণী পাশ).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Key Responsibilities: Keeping public areas clean; ensuring proper service maintaining standards; keeping office and surroundings clean and tidy.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

4. Front Office Assistant / ফ্রন্ট অফিস এসিস্ট্যান্ট

  • Educational Qualification: HSC or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience along with computer proficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities: Maintaining daily software entry; receiving guests and directing them; providing billing assistance; communicating via official phone and email; assisting with check-in, check-out, and bill generation.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

5. Linen Assignor / লিনেন - এসাইনোর

  • Educational Qualification: Must pass Class 8 (৮ম শ্রেণী পাশ).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
  • Key Responsibilities: Storing and sorting laundry and linen items; managing bedsheets and towel preparation; counting and storing linen.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

6. Assistant Cook / সহকারী বাবুর্চি

  • Educational Qualification: SSC / Dakhil or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable residential organization.
  • Key Responsibilities: Assisting the head chef in cooking; making market list entries; managing food processing and preparation tasks.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

7. Assistant Cook - Pastry & Bakery / সহকারী বাবুর্চি - প্যাস্ট্রি এবং বেকারী

  • Educational Qualification: SSC / Dakhil or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry & bakery item preparation.
  • Key Responsibilities: Preparing bakery and pastry items according to demand; supporting general kitchen activities.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
Salary, Allowances & Benefits
  • Candidates will initially be hired on a 6-month probation period.
  • Upon successful completion of probation, employment will be confirmed.
