Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Honors or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in the Travel Agency sector.
- Age Limit: 25 to 50 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Target Execution: Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Sales team. Set monthly/yearly sales targets and formulate actionable plans to achieve them.
- Business Development & Client Relations: Acquire new clients while maintaining strong ongoing relationships with existing clients, corporate clients, travel partners, agents, and business partners.
- Product Sales Growth: Drive and increase sales for visa processing, air ticketing, tour packages, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Plan and execute digital/social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms) to boost lead generation and oversee sales lead follow-ups for higher conversions.
- Team Training & Performance: Monitor sales team performance, provide training, guidance, and motivation, and conduct periodic reviews of revenue and targets.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to refine marketing strategies.
- Customer Service & Operations Coordination: Handle client feedback and complaints promptly and coordinate seamlessly with the Visa, Ticketing, Accounts, and Operations departments to enhance service quality.
- Reporting & Management Support: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review and perform additional marketing/sales duties assigned by the CEO/Management.
