Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Operations department within diagnostic centers, hospitals, or service-oriented healthcare organizations.
- Technical Proficiency: Good command of MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, patient flow management, and complaint resolution skills.
- Operational Aptitude: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental operations seamlessly.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays when required by operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service delivery.
- Coordinate across departments (Registration & Billing, Customer Service, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Nursing, HR & Admin) to maintain facility readiness and service flow.
- Manage patient flow, monitor service counters, and address routine operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Monitor duty attendance, deployment, discipline, and performance of assigned operational staff.
- Receive, follow up on, and resolve patient or customer complaints professionally and in line with organizational SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness, equipment availability, hygiene, and overall facility readiness throughout operating hours.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and log regular observations for supervisors.
- Assist in critical or emergency situation management as directed by senior leadership.
