Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation from a reputed university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have strong written & spoken skills in English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good command of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Smart, presentable, disciplined, and professional personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on management-level activities and assignments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official documents.
- Coordinate communication between management and different departments.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and management engagements.
- Maintain proper records, documents, and confidential information.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
