Responsibilities & Context
- Conducting area surveys, forming groups/associations, and managing daily association operations.
- Disbursing microfinance loans among members, loan recovery, savings collection, LEAP, and remittance services.
- Executing social development programs at the association, area, or community level across health, education, and agriculture sectors.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Educational Qualification: Graduation / Post-Graduation / Bachelor's (Honors) degree from any recognized university.
• Academic Result Standard: Must have a minimum 2nd division/class or GPA/CGPA of 2.50 (out of 4.00) / 3.00 (out of 5.00) in at least two public examinations.
• Additional Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Office is mandatory.
- Candidates with a valid driving license and personal motorcycle will be given preference (fuel allowance provided per policy).
- Regularly enrolled students are not eligible to apply.
- Female candidates are specially encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
• Training Period (First 3 Months): Monthly training allowance of Tk. 16,000.
• Probationary Period (Next 3 Months): Total monthly salary of Tk. 20,350 (including field allowance & mobile bill).
• Upon Regularization: Total monthly salary of Tk. 22,910 (including field allowance, mobile bill, and CPF).
• Higher Experience: Salary negotiable for highly experienced candidates.
